Tour summary.

Day : Arrival, pickup and drive to Bwindi.

Day 2: gorilla trekking activity.

Day 3: Drive back to Kampala/Entebbe.

Day 01: Arrival, pick up and transfer to Bwindi.

On the day of arrival, our guide will pick you up from the Airport and transfer to Bwindi In South western Uganda. The 8-9 hour journey seems too long but so interesting as you will be able to see the different types of vegetation, people along the way. You will have an en route stopover at the Equator crossing for photography and continue to Mbarara for lunch before proceeding to the park lodge at Buhoma Community Rest cam/ Trekkers Tavern Lodge.

Meal plan: Lunch and Dinner and water.

Accommodation: Buhoma community Rest camp / Trekkers Tavern Lodge.

Drive time: 8-9 hours

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi.

The early morning bath and breakfast marks the serious day for gorilla trekking. secure your packed lunch and then be driven to the park headquarters at as early as 7:00 am for a briefing. The trek begins at 8:00 am and takes from 1-8 hours looking for the gorillas. once with the apes, you will spend one hour studying and observing them and later trek back to the park Headquarters. Here, you will be awarded an appreciating certificate for participating in the conservation of these endangered apes.

Accommodation: Buhoma Community Rest Camp/ Trekkers Tavern.

Drinks: Water.

Day 3: Transfer back to Entebbe/ Kampala.

After breakfast, you will be driven back to Kampala/ Entebbe for your post tour accommodation. You can chose the same Uganda Gorilla trekking tour route so that you again enjoy the country view.

Drinks: mineral water.

Meals: Lunch and Breakfast.

Note: there is no accommodation offered at the end of day 3 but it can be arranged at an additional cost.
