3 DAY QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK.

3 day Queen Elizabeth national park takes you to the second largest national wildlife park, therefore giving you the chance of seeing most animal species  and crater lakes. The animals in this park include waterbuck, hyenas, hippos, leopards, topis, antelopes, warthogs, buffaloes, elephants among others. The park is situated in South western Uganda covering an area of 1,978square kilometers.

Tour summary

Day 1: pickup from Kampala and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park.

Day 2: Game viewing drive and Boat cruise on the Kazinga channel.

Day 3: queen Elizabeth- Entebbe.

Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to QENP

Our guide will you pick up from your respective lodge/hotel in Kampala and drive to Queen Elizabeth national park .  you will make a stopover at the Equator for photographs and then in Mbarara for a mouth watering meal. From here, you will then continue to Queen Elizabeth national park as you see the beautiful sceneries along the way. Dinner and overnight in any selected lodge near or within the park.

Accommodation: Mweya Safari lodeg/ Ihamba safari lodge.

Meal plan: Lunch and Dinner.

Drive hour: 6-7 hours.

Day 2: Morning game drive and afternoon Boat Safari.

Begin your day with a wonderful cup of tea and set  off for the marvelous activities. You will follow the different trails in the park from where you will come across animals like Uganda Kobs, elephants and various  birds among others. After a successful game drive, you will drive back to the lodge for lunch and freshening up in preparation for the afternoon boat cruise.  The boat cruise is done on the Kazinga channel and you will have a chance of seeing different water animals like hippos, crocodiles. Some animals also gather at the water sources to sip some water after a long tiresome day of looking for food. Water birds such as malachite kingfishers, and Pink backed pelicans are also observed here.

Day 3: Departure to Kampala.

This the final day and it will lead you back to Kampala after a heavy breakfast. You will not miss out a delicious lunch in Mbarara and then proceed to kampala.
